This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of your subscription and our (Ultra Corp LTD, registered no. 16215840) refund policy. This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation Timing
- If you cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date, your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period.
- If you cancel your subscription on or after your billing date, you will be charged for that month's subscription fee, and your cancellation will become effective at the end of that current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to our services until the end of your then-current paid period.
2. Refunds
No Refunds Once Identification Process Has Begun
Once your first subscription payment has been processed and we have begun the identification process for your Child Trust Fund claim (including but not limited to submitting Data Subject Access Requests on your behalf or contacting CTF providers), no refunds will be issued for any subscription fees, regardless of when you choose to cancel or whether your fund is successfully located.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that our team begins work on your claim promptly after registration and that the cost of the service reflects the work undertaken on your behalf, not the outcome of the search.
Exceptional Circumstances
In extremely limited and exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, consider providing a credit or other form of resolution. Any such decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. To request consideration under such circumstances, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of the charge in question, providing detailed and compelling reasons for your request. Please note that a response or consideration does not guarantee any form of refund or credit.
Service Unavailability
In the event of a prolonged and significant unavailability of the services due to reasons within our direct control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rata credit for the period of significant unavailability.
3. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
