We provide Child Trust Fund (CTF) location services, including:
- Submitting Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) to financial institutions on your behalf
- Liaising with CTF providers to locate your fund
- Providing progress updates via your personal dashboard
- Secure document upload and messaging with our team
3. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, National Insurance number, and address details
- Confirm that you are the legal owner of the Child Trust Fund you are seeking to locate, or have legal authority to act on behalf of the owner
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse or abuse our services
4. Fees and Payments — Important Billing Information
You acknowledge and agree to the following recurring subscription charges for access to our services, regardless of whether your Child Trust Fund is successfully located:
- Initial Billing: Your account will be automatically charged £29.99 per month (plus VAT where applicable) starting on the day of your initial registration.
- Payment Method: You authorise us to charge the payment method provided during registration for all applicable fees and recurring subscription charges.
- Subscription Plan Details: The specific fees and features included in your subscription plan will be clearly displayed during the registration process and within your account settings.
5. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided within your account settings on our platform, or contact us directly.
- Cancellation Timing: If you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing period.
- No Refunds: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion or agreement, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
6. Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
By using our service, you authorise us to act on your behalf to submit Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) to relevant financial institutions for the purpose of locating your Child Trust Fund. You understand that the outcome of these requests depends on the response of third-party providers and is outside our direct control.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that your Child Trust Fund will be located, as this depends on third-party provider responses and the accuracy of the information you provide.
8. Dispute Policy
These Terms are governed by English law. This means a contract for the purchase of the service through the website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
